After an apartment lease is terminated, can you return to get your belongings?
I live in the state of Arizona and the lease was terminated on 9/22/10. My husband is trying to return my apartment when I’ve terminated the lease to get some things and my apartment complex just told me they’re allowing this. No, my husband was not on the lease, he wasn’t even listed as a roommate.

Only a leaseholder can retrieve their belongings. Bet hurry though…the abandonment laws in Arizona are only 30 days.
